Join our thriving logistics team as an Order Picker in Seattle, Washington. This role is vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be instrumental in navigating our warehouse, locating, and retrieving specified items for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive picking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Use RF scanners or pick lists to locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves.
- Verify picked items against order requirements for accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing or staging area.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
- Report any discrepancies in inventory or product quality immediately.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks as required.
- Contribute to overall team performance and productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a standing, walking, and occasionally bending position for the duration of the shift.
- Excellent observational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
Safety & PPE:

You will be required to wear specific personal protective equipment (PPE), such as steel-toed boots and high-visibility vests, as per company policy and OSHA regulations. Strict adherence to safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and safe equipment operation, is essential. Understanding the importance of safety in logistics operations will be emphasized throughout your training and daily tasks.
