We are seeking a diligent Fulfillment Associate for our Sacramento, California distribution center. This role is key to ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of order processing, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly impact customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our logistics network. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment, with comprehensive training on Safety procedures and the use of PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order requirements.
- Pack orders with appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Process returns and restock inventory as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the fulfillment area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counting.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially concerning Safety.
- Ensure consistent use of all required PPE.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with warehouse technology (scanners, etc.).
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Commitment to adhering to Safety guidelines.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
