We are hiring enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our Nashville, Tennessee warehouse team. This role is essential for processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will engage in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations. Our commitment to Safety is unwavering; all team members are expected to follow safety guidelines diligently and utilize all required PPE . This position involves significant physical activity, including standing for long periods, walking, and the ability to handle the regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders.
- Use RF scanners and other technology to manage order fulfillment.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Label outgoing packages correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all company Safety standards and procedures.
- Wear all provided PPE correctly and consistently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged standing and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace Safety .
