ABOUT THE ROLE
Boogie is a growing virtual assistant staffing company helping U.S. businesses build high-performing remote teams with Filipino talent.
We're looking for a full-cycle SDR who can manage both inbound and outbound sales — from first contact to qualification and coordination toward closing.
This is not just an appointment-setting role. You will own the early-to-mid sales process and directly impact revenue growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Respond quickly to inbound website leads
• Run LinkedIn and email outbound campaigns
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects
• Present Boogie's virtual assistant staffing solutions clearly
• Book and prepare strategy calls with leadership
• Maintain a clean and organized CRM pipeline
• Coordinate handoff to recruitment once deals progress
• Contribute ideas to improve outreach and conversion
WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING
• Virtual assistant placements for U.S.-based businesses
• Long-term remote Filipino team members across marketing, operations, admin, and support roles
• Structured staffing solutions designed to help companies scale efficiently
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years experience in B2B sales or SDR roles (service-based sales preferred)
• Experience selling staffing, outsourcing, recruitment, or agency services
• Experience speaking with U.S. business owners or decision-makers
• Comfortable managing a full sales cycle (not just appointment setting)
• Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
• Organized, proactive, and metrics-driven

Contract duration of more than 6 months.
