The goal is to create visually engaging, retention-focused videos that clearly explain complex systems.

What I'm Looking For:
An experienced editor who can:
Edit 15–20 minute documentary-style videos
Work confidently with maps and geographic visuals
Create smooth, professional pacing
Add clean text overlays and motion graphics
Use sound design strategically
Maintain a serious, intelligent visual tone
You should think like a visual storyteller not someone just placing clips on a timeline.
Retention matters. Visual clarity matters.
Responsibilities:
Edit full 15–20 minute videos
Integrate finalized voiceover (provided by me)
Source and animate maps where needed
Create clean overlays for data and comparisons
Deliver organized project files
Suggest visual improvements where appropriate
Style Requirements:
Clean documentary pacing
Strategic use of maps and data visuals
Intentional transitions
No distracting effects
Structured, polished final delivery
Pay:
$80 per 15–20 minute video.
Performance bonuses available based on:
Strong retention performance
Consistent on-time delivery
High production quality
Long-term collaboration
Ongoing work for the right editor.
Rates increase over time for consistent high-level performance.
