We are seeking a diligent Inventory Control Specialist to join our logistics team in Detroit, Michigan. This position is essential for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Key responsibilities include conducting regular cycle counts, performing physical inventories, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and managing stock levels to optimize warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory management systems. You will work collaboratively with warehouse associates and management to ensure precise inventory records, which are vital for our logistics operations. We are committed to a safe working environment and expect all employees to follow Safety protocols diligently and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While the primary focus is on data accuracy, occasional Lifting may be required. Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and barcode scanning technology is highly desirable.
