Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is looking for a sharp Inventory Control Specialist to join our growing logistics operations. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting regular cycle counts, performing physical inventories, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, and managing stock rotation to minimize obsolescence. You will work closely with warehouse associates, supervisors, and management to ensure that our inventory data is precise and up-to-date. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to use inventory management software and scanning equipment effectively. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of warehouse processes and inventory control principles. Your role will directly impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by ensuring product availability and accurate order fulfillment. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and all employees are required to adhere to safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role may involve some Lifting of inventory items. Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is highly desirable.
