Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where you'll contribute to the efficient handling and movement of goods. This versatile role is crucial for the smooth operation of our logistics center. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to fulfillment lists, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or operational issues.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Support the logistics team in achieving operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to operate various types of material handling equipment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
