Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick items accurately from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and order status.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to Safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper use of all assigned PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adhering to all PPE requirements.
- Familiarity with Logistics terminology and processes is a plus.
