Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements.
- Accurately pack products, ensuring they are secure and protected for transit.
- Verify product codes and quantities to maintain order accuracy.
- Utilize scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all Safety regulations.
- Properly use assigned PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Prepare shipments for carriers, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Contribute to team goals and overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking and packing or a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Physical ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding and compliance with all Safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Familiarity with Logistics principles is a plus.
