Are you an analytical and organized professional? We have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Control Specialist in San Jose, California. This role is crucial to the efficiency of our logistics operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing strategies to improve inventory accuracy. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with inventory management software and systems. You will work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth material flow and identify areas for process improvement. Maintaining a safe working environment is a priority; adherence to all safety regulations and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. While direct heavy lifting might not be a primary function, you will be working within a busy warehouse setting and must be comfortable with the environment. Responsibilities:
