This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform heavy lifting of up to 60 pounds when necessary. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, performing routine equipment checks, and adhering to all company policies are key aspects of this position. Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is beneficial for streamlining operations within our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Move products from receiving to storage or production areas.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through proper handling and storage.
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report any issues.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE .
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse.
- Support shipping and receiving functions as directed.
