In this role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing a range of tasks including receiving and processing inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, organizing stock, and preparing items for shipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment. This position is integral to our **Logistics** chain, ensuring products reach our customers efficiently. A strong emphasis is placed on **Safety**, and all associates are required to adhere strictly to safety guidelines and wear **PPE** at all times. This role requires physical capability, including regular **Lifting** of items up to 50 pounds, standing for long durations, and performing repetitive movements. - Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse facilities.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Adhere to all company **Safety** policies and procedures.
- Wear required **PPE** at all times.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of **Logistics** and warehouse procedures.
- Commitment to **Safety** and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
