We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Workers for our Salt Lake City, Utah facility! In this role, you will be essential to the daily operations of our logistics center, performing a variety of tasks to ensure efficient product flow. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking goods, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. Your diligence and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accuracy and ensuring customer satisfaction. We prioritize the safety of our team, and all necessary PPE will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory and shipments.
- Sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product integrity during transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including staging and loading trucks.
- Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with safety protocols.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts and audits.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, focusing on safety and efficiency.
- Wear all required PPE, such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe boots.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned to support overall logistics flow.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse safety practices and equipment.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE and following all safety guidelines.
