We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Portland, Oregon. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy Lifting . Attention to detail is paramount in this role to minimize errors and maintain inventory integrity. Compliance with all Safety regulations and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ) are mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and checks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding Safety and PPE .
- Assist with shipping and loading of outgoing goods.
- Follow all Logistics procedures for inventory management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
