You will be an integral part of our supply chain operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods. Strong communication skills are essential as you will interact with internal departments and external partners. Attention to detail is paramount to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. Processing outbound shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinating with freight carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
Generating shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation.
Verifying the accuracy of outgoing shipments against order details.
Maintaining organized shipping records and updating inventory systems.
Ensuring proper packaging of all outgoing items to prevent damage during transit.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to shipping and logistics.
Utilizing various shipping software and equipment.
Communicating with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to resolve any shipping discrepancies.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

This role involves significant manual work, including **Lifting** up to 50 pounds. Adherence to **Safety** protocols and proper use of **PPE** (Personal Protective Equipment) is mandatory. A keen understanding of **Logistics** operations is beneficial.
