Papa Johns Kitchen Manager

Are you ready to take the lead in a vibrant kitchen environment? We’re on the lookout for a passionate Kitchen Manager to join our Restaurant & Quick Serve department in beautiful Bognor Regis, where you’ll oversee our bustling Papa John's 200-seater restaurant.

As a Kitchen Manager, you will:

• Support the Senior Kitchen Manager in running the kitchen smoothly.
• Lead and inspire a dynamic team of up to 10 members per shift.
• Ensure our guests are always at the heart of our operations, making their smiles your priority.
• Handle resource planning, recruitment, and selection to build the best team.
• Monitor and enhance the guest experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage financial performance by delivering food cost budgets through effective menu planning.
• Uphold food hygiene standards and health & safety regulations in line with legislation and company policies.

This role is based on 40 hours per week , spread over 5 days with a variety of shifts between 7am - 3am , depending on the restaurant's opening hours.

• Have experience in a similar kitchen role or are eager to step up to the next level.
• Are hardworking, determined, and reliable, always looking for better ways to achieve our brand standards.
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a fun-loving spirit to the team.
• Understand the value of their role in enhancing the guest experience by empowering their team.
• Hold a Level 3 Food Safety qualification and are confident in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Are adept at managing margins, controlling costs, and ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
