As a Room Leader, you’ll be responsible for:

• Creating: Engaging, exciting learning experiences for children
• Leading: Inspiring your nursery team with enthusiasm & creativity
• Supporting: Children’s development and maintaining positive relationships with families
• Planning: Fun, educational activities to spark curiosity & growth
• Ensuring: The highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene

We’re looking for dynamic, passionate, and skilled childcare professionals to join our team. Do you have:

• A Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team
• A passion for fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families
