Monday-Saturday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (56 hrs/week)
About the Role
The Network Engineer II supports structured cabling and network infrastructure installations on large commercial and data center projects. This role focuses on hands-on installation work and requires strong knowledge of industry standards and job-site best practices.
Key Responsibilities Build out
IDF cabinets and telecom closets Install structured cabling systems in accordance with industry standards Assist with backbone and horizontal cabling installations Support fiber optic cabling installations at a basic to intermediate level Install multi-tier cable tray systems Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas Required Skills & Experience OSHA 10 certification (required) Experience with IDF cabinet and closet build-outs Knowledge of structured cabling and network backbone standards Basic understanding of fiber optic cabling and installation Experience installing multi-tier cable tray systems Dependable attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation is required Strongly Preferred Data center experience What We Offer Consistent work on long-term projects Home-to-job deployment Opportunity to advance into senior or lead roles Contract-to-hire pathway with full benefits upon conversion
