In this essential role, you will leverage your skills to analyze and integrate customer specifications, driving the development of next-generation software solutions. You will have the opportunity to enhance our existing software architecture and create new products and development tools that make a real difference in health data intelligence. Key Responsibilities: Create and execute unit tests and test plans to ensure the highest quality of our software. Develop integration and regression test plans while collaborating with stakeholders on significant functional changes. Lead complex, non-routine projects using your advanced technical and business expertise. Guide and mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. We are looking for a technology champion who is customer-focused and results-oriented, dedicated to delivering outstanding products and solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or an equivalent field. 14+ years of development experience on Java platforms and cloud applications. Expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React/Node), JSF, PLSQL, Selenium, and Web Services (REST/SOAP). Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design & Development, enterprise cloud application design, and microservices architecture. Experience with Fusion Middleware technologies, especially JSF and WebLogic. Proficient in database development and performance optimization with Oracle. Familiarity with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts. Experience with modern cloud services and technologies. Understanding of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of testing tools such as Load Runner, Sonar, and Fortify is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment. Your Future Responsibilities: Develop scalable, enterprise-grade cloud applications with high availability and disaster recovery protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, product strategy, development, QA, and sales to design innovative products. Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to enhancing our product architecture and design. Commit to ongoing learning and apply the latest technologies in your work. Troubleshoot defects and propose solutions for application optimization. Re-architect legacy code to improve efficiency in database-centric designs. Please Note: Some roles may require compliance with immunization and occupational health mandates. The hiring range is $80,500 to $223,400 per annum, which may include bonus and equity eligibility.
