Job Summary: As a Data and Integration Solutions Architect, you will spearhead the design and implementation of our data architecture and integration strategies. Your role will directly contribute to critical business objectives by ensuring the integrity and seamless integration of data across BGC and partner systems. You will collaborate closely with the BSM, Technical Services, and Enterprise Architecture teams to innovate and enhance our application environments. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement tools for data transfer, file sharing, ETL, and application integration to optimize our IT systems. Develop and execute the data architecture roadmap for customer, product, and sales data integration technologies. Establish an enterprise data retention and archiving strategy. Oversee new integrations in alignment with the Company’s business process model. Manage the execution of the roadmap for our data systems and their integrations. Design a comprehensive integration framework for cloud and on-premise systems. Support and troubleshoot end-to-end data flow processes across projects. Create and maintain a foundational catalog for systems of records and APIs. Develop standards to ensure stable and accurate implementations. Contribute to guidelines and principles to advance our enterprise architecture. Collaborate with business and technology experts to devise solutions that meet enterprise standards. Document all architectural solutions comprehensively. Support project managers in implementing effective IT solutions for internal stakeholders. Provide guidance on adopting new technologies. Required Knowledge and Skills: Expert knowledge of enterprise technologies including networking, infrastructure, applications, security, and cloud environments. Solid experience in designing and implementing information systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Expertise in Application Integration tools such as WebMethods, SAP PI, Tibco, and MuleSoft. Extensive experience with ETL tools including Boomi, SAP Data Services, Informatica, and Alteryx. Adept at data integration design and building data models. Strong analytical skills to assess and translate business requirements. Effective project planning and estimation abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead teams. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferably experience with Architecture & Integration and leading data integration initiatives. Minimum three years of hands-on experience in Information Technology Architecture.
