Your Role Join our dynamic Data Services and Solutions team, where you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, testing, deploying, and operating large-scale enterprise data warehouse and BI solutions utilizing cutting-edge cloud technologies. As a Senior Full Stack Data Engineer, reporting to the Manager of Data Services and Solutions, you will play a crucial role in integrating security and automation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Your emphasis will be on writing clean, maintainable code and building robust infrastructure to support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-native delivery. You'll have the opportunity to implement and reinforce DevSecOps best practices specifically tailored for Azure, engage in infrastructure as code initiatives, and collaborate closely with a team of developers, testers, and cloud engineers. Your work will ensure that code is secure, scalable, and production-ready from day one. Your Knowledge and Experience College degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise application support and cloud solution delivery. Strong experience in design, coding, integration, and deployment on Windows and/or Linux platforms. Expertise in cloud platforms, preferably Azure (AWS/GCP acceptable), and related services like ADLS, Synapse, and Data Factory. Proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong scripting and automation skills. Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Snowflake or Databricks, BigQuery, and Airflow or Tidal. Solid knowledge of data modeling (Data Vault 2.0), data integration, data architecture, warehousing, and data quality. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitbucket, GitHub Actions) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible). Exposure to Collibra for data quality and governance. Implement testing frameworks and validation processes to ensure the integrity of data pipelines. Optimize performance and ensure reliability of data workflows across development, testing, and deployment phases. Working knowledge of networking, security protocols (LDAP, Active Directory), and API integrations. Unix/Linux command-line proficiency and shell scripting capabilities. Understanding of Agile methodologies and enterprise cloud integration. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical deliverables into understandable terms. Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of Epic software. Awareness of data governance, security standards, and production certification processes.
