We are looking for a Data Science and Analytics Specialist who possesses a diverse skill set to support the creation of next-generation products for our organization. As a member of the Data Sciences & Analytics Team, you will engage directly with cutting-edge technologies to develop scalable data products and solutions for our businesses in the U.S. and globally. Your role will involve collaboration with partners to extract insights from data, defining modeling requirements, creatively testing hypotheses, automating data preparation, building models, analyzing results, and incorporating solutions into innovative data products. Your Responsibilities: Platform Related: Assist Active Users of MRM with their inquiries regarding system functionalities and processes. Work with stakeholders to discuss project requirements, timelines, and address any issues. Create Requirements for System Enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams, drafting user stories. Communicate with IT to facilitate changes through an iterative agile process. Manage Technology Releases using agile methodologies, including utilizing JIRA for prioritizing enhancements. Execute UAT and Production Validation, incorporating test script development and execution. Provide system access to users as needed. Maintain the Features Document meticulously. Support ongoing and annual User Training and Documentation needs. Invoice and Accrual Management Related: Oversee the accruals process efficiently. Generate and analyze reports to ensure data accuracy. Administer all invoice processing in P2P and execute related reclassifications in MRM. Track and manage vendor expenditures diligently. Oversee project code processes effectively. What You Will Need: Proficiency with SQL, R, Python, Scala, Spark, or similar programming languages. 1-2 years of experience in Linux, shell scripting, or related automation scripting languages. Strong critical thinking abilities combined with a passion for deriving actionable insights from data. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science) and at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Capability to work independently based on detailed specifications and instructions. Minimum 1 year of experience applying statistical modeling techniques for forecasting and predictive modeling using R, Python, Scala, or Spark. Ability to collaborate well with others, showcase flexibility, and think creatively. Attention to detail and effective time management skills to deliver high-quality work within deadlines. Experience working with large datasets is essential. Proficiency with Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. What Will Set You Apart: Knowledge of deep learning and neural network modeling frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure is advantageous.
