Utilize Google Cloud tools (e.g., Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Vertex AI) and services (e.g., Astronomer - Apache Airflow) to move data workloads into production.
Support MLOps initiatives aimed at improving Data Science monitoring and governance.
Facilitate and endorse Generative AI (e.g., LLM) pipelines, empowering internal teams to prototype quickly and assist in the deployment of GenAI products and marketplace features.
Collaborate diligently with product, engineering, and data teams to provide informed solutions that meet platform and client requirements.
WHO YOU ARE 4+ years of experience in a data engineering role, supporting product functionality for both internal and external customers.
2+ years of hands-on experience designing complete data pipelines in cloud frameworks (GCP, AWS, Azure), gathering diverse stakeholder requirements.
2+ years of proficiency in Python or a similar language, focusing on writing efficient, testable, and understandable code.
2+ years of experience in developing streaming data ingestion pipelines.
1+ year of experience in ML support and implementation or MLOps.
Strong SQL skills, particularly with columnar databases like Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift.
Familiar with AI coding assistants, which are integral to Bestow's culture.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines for data processing, utilizing tools such as Docker, CircleCI, dbt, and git.
Competent in managing infrastructure using IAC tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
Experience with data orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or equivalent to manage SLOs and processing dependencies.
Adept at creating alerts and monitoring pipelines that enhance overall data governance.
Familiar with containerization and orchestration technologies within cloud architecture and implementation, ensuring scalability and multi-tenancy.
Knowledge of standard IT security practices such as identity and access management, data protection, encryption, and certificate management.
Willing to adapt and learn new technologies and products as necessary.

Familiarity with integration tools utilizing Generative AI (enterprise-grade implementations).
