We are seeking dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position involves a variety of essential tasks to keep our Logistics operations running smoothly. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. A strong commitment to Safety and efficiency is required. The ideal candidate is physically capable of performing tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting and possesses a keen eye for detail. You will work collaboratively with other team members in a dynamic warehouse setting. We provide thorough training, including comprehensive Safety procedures and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Unload and receive incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and into designated storage areas.
- Accurately pick products according to customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as trained.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting tasks (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Knowledge of Safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
