Border Enforcement Officer

This role involves conducting operations to secure the border and preventing unauthorized entry into the country.

• Detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and possessions, and determining citizenship violations
• Preventing undocumented noncitizens from entering or re-entering the country by tracking surveillance using infrared scopes during night operations, analyzing information rapidly making prompt decisions, arresting suspects exercising firearms judgment dealing effectively with people in a courteous manner enforcing laws related to rehabilitation correctional work with criminal offenders maintaining network informants
