Skill Requirements:

  to conduct rigorous examinations on individuals,
  itinerant vehicles,buses,taxis,enough machines,dock-connected ships AND INTERIOR PLANES without probable cause,nor warrant under current circumstances,Legal precedent dictates strict adherence.
