• A minimum three (3) years full-time general work experience that demonstrates the ability to meet people needs or A bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited college or university;


• Specialized full-time work experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes performing physical inspections for criminal activity or Utilizing observational techniques evaluating facts applying Federal laws Regulations making determinations leading arrests property fines penalties based on findings OR Education Substitution A bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement OR one year graduate-level education demonstrating necessary knowledge skills abilities doing work;
