A Border Protection Officer is a law enforcement professional responsible for safeguarding the nation's borders, preventing illicit activity, and ensuring compliance with customs, immigration, and agriculture laws. This role requires a unique blend of physical and mental skills to effectively conduct inspections, gather intelligence, and make determinations in accordance with federal regulations.

• Perform complex duties such as conducting searches of individuals and cargo,
