Job Description:
As a Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO), you will be part of our workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity.
Duties
- Enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations.
- Facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel.
- Conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances.
- Determining admissibility of individuals for entry into United States.
- Preventing illegal entry of individuals prohibited goods smuggling drugs contraband
pYou qualify for GS-5 grade level if possess one following:
pExperience minimum three full-time general work experience demonstrating ability meet deal with people learn apply body facts OR Education Substitution bachelor degree or successful completion four-year course study any field leading bachelor degree accredited college university OR Combination Experience Education combination successfully completed college education general work experience calculated using resume official unofficial transcripts submitted application
You qualify for GS-7 grade level if possess one following:
