As a U.S. Border Patrol Agent (BPA), you will be part of an elite team working to safeguard America’s borders and protect its citizens.
The BPA is responsible for enforcing immigration laws, preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens, and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.

detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws
•preventing the smuggling of contraband at or near the borders
•interpreting tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry
