Aftersales Advisor
to join their busy dealership team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and personable individual who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment. The Role
As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring servicing, maintenance, and repair work. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the workshop and driving aftersales performance. Key Responsibilities
Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
Liaising with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow
Providing clear and professional updates to customers
Upselling service plans and additional work where appropriate
Maintaining accurate records and invoicing
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at every stage
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary of
£30,000 per annum
Quarterly bonus scheme :
Up to
£1,000 per quarter
based on customer satisfaction performance
£25 commission per service plan sold Monday to Friday working hours

About You
Previous experience in an automotive service advisor / aftersales role preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure
Confident in upselling and identifying customer needs
