Job Overview

We are a growing construction company seeking a motivated and creative Content Creator to manage and grow our digital presence. This role requires filming active job sites, producing high-quality video content, and managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate understands both content creation and marketing strategy, and can turn real project activity into engaging, professional content.

Responsibilities

• Film construction job sites (progress, team activity, equipment, before/after)
• Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)
• Create captions, hashtags, and maintain posting schedules
• Develop content ideas and marketing strategies
• Monitor performance and improve engagement
• Maintain professionalism and safety standards on job sites

Requirements

• Experience in videography and video editing
• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Strong understanding of short-form content trends
• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable
• Comfortable working in active construction environments

Compensation

Compensation based on experience.

Pay: $16.10-$25.34 per hour
