The Role
We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our pipeline and create qualified sales opportunities for our closing team.
You'll work with inbound interest, referrals, founder-led content, and support targeted outbound campaigns to identify high-potential brands and book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Your job is simple but critical: Create and turn interest into qualified conversations.
What You'll Do
2–4+ years in SDR / BDR / sales development roles
Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience in agency, SaaS, or marketing services preferred
Strong written communication skills (email + LinkedIn)
Comfortable qualifying leads and asking direct questions about budget and goals
Organized and metrics-driven
Self-motivated in a remote environment
Bonus:
Experience booking calls for high-ticket service offers
What Success Looks Like
Consistently booking 20–40 qualified meetings per month
Maintaining strong show-up rates
Generating pipeline that converts into revenue
Contributing to scaling a structured outbound engine
This role has a clear growth path to Account Executive for top performers.

Compensation
OTE (base + performance commissions): CAD $55,000 – $80,000+
