I have a B2B cold email campaign for a steel broker that was partially built but never properly launched. Need someone to take over, fix what's broken, and get it live within 7-10 days.
What's Already Done:
Airtable database set up
n8n workflows built (need verification/testing)
Instantly account configured
Email domain verified
Target company list identified
What You Need To Do:
Audit existing setup (Airtable, n8n, Instantly)
Fix/optimize email sequences and targeting
Set up proper email warmup (no shortcuts)
Launch campaign sending 25-50 emails/day
Monitor deliverability and optimize for replies
Get to 10+ positive conversations within 3-4 weeks
Requirements:
Proven experience with cold email campaigns (show results)
Expert in Instantly, n8n (or ), Airtable
Can work fast - need this live within 7-10 days
Strong communication - daily updates required
No excuses - I need someone who delivers
Budget:
$ depending on experience and speed of delivery.
Bonus: $200 if we hit 10+ conversations within 4 weeks.
