Über
We are looking for an experienced SuiteDash Expert to help us set up a clean, efficient, and scalable basic system for our company in the Netherlands. The goal is to build a structured workflow from Lead → Qualification → Advisor Assignment → Invoice → Secure Client Portal.
Project Scope
CRM Setup (Lead Intake & Qualification)
Leads come in automatically from our website (form integration required)
Leads enter SuiteDash CRM
Sales team must:
Contact the lead, Fill in a structured Qualification Form inside SuiteDash, After the sales call, the lead must be marked as: A Lead, B Lead,C Lead
Based on rating, the lead must be assigned to one of our Advisors
We want automation where possible.
Advisor Workflow
Each Advisor should:
Have access to their assigned clients
See clearly in which phase each client is
Be able to:
Send invoices from their portal
Track client status
The pipeline phases must be visually clear (for example: Lead → Qualified → Assigned → NDA Signed → Active → Completed).
Invoice Integration (Moneybird)
Invoices must be created via SuiteDash
Integration required with Moneybird
Invoices must sync correctly for Dutch accounting compliance
Experience with Moneybird API is a strong plus.
Secure Client Portal
Clients must be able to:
Sign an NDA digitally
Upload files securely
Access their documents
Communicate with their assigned advisor
The portal must be clean and easy to use.
Also a bit of training so we our aible to make small changes our selfs
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
