Specifically finding Contact Info for Italian Airbnb Superhosts (High Volume)
We're looking for a detail-oriented researcher to build a high-quality database of Italian Airbnb superhosts for a B2B outreach campaign.
**THE TASK:**
1. Search Airbnb for "Guest Favourite" and Superhost properties across Italian cities (Rome, Florence, Venice, Milan, Naples, etc.)
2. Assess each superhost for details within host profile or description and, record:
- Host first name
- Property name/unique property description
- City/Region
3. Use this information in search to find other listing of property that has email address of property/superhost.
3. Input host name, region and email address into a shared Google Sheet with proper formatting
**WORKFLOW EXAMPLE:**
1. Find superhost listing on Airbnb
2. Note: "Maria's Apartment in Trastevere, Rome"
3. Google search: "Maria Trastevere Rome Airbnb email" or "Maria (property name) contact"
4. Check: Host's Property website, Airbnb profile, Instagram bio, LinkedIn, other search
5. Record email + first name and city + Insta in Google Sheet
6. Move to next listing
**REQUIREMENTS:**
Strong Google search skills / research experience
Experience with lead generation or data entry
Ability to maintain 95%+ accuracy
High output: Target verified leads per day
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with repetitive research tasks
**DELIVERABLES:**
- Google Sheet with columns: First Name I City | Email || Instagram (if found)
- Minimum 500 verified Italian superhost contacts
- Quality check: Each lead should be easily verifiable via Google search
**PAYMENT STRUCTURE:**
We're open to either:
- Fixed price per verified lead (suggest your rate)
- Hourly rate (provide estimated hours for 100 leads)
Please include in your proposal:
1. Your rate (per lead or hourly)
2. How many leads you can research per hour
3. Any relevant experience with lead research or data mining
**QUALITY STANDARDS:**
- Email must be current and easily verified
- First names must be accurate
- Duplicate entries will not be accepted
- Random quality checks will be performed
**BONUS POINTS:**
- Experience with Airbnb platform
- Previous B2B lead generation work
- Tools/techniques that speed up the process
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
