Role Overview
NextGen Coding Company is seeking a Content Creator who is comfortable on camera and interested in creating UGC-style video content for a B2B, enterprise audience.
This role is focused on appearing in short-form videos, reacting to ideas, explaining concepts, and helping communicate execution-level insights related to enterprise engineering, automation, and workflows.
This is not an influencer or lifestyle creator role. The tone is analytical, calm, and professional — closer to an operator or analyst than a social media personality.
What You'll Be Doing (On Camera)
Recording short-form, talking-head videos (UGC style)
Reacting to founder content and enterprise ideas
Explaining concepts related to:
Engineering workflows
Automation
Operations
Systems design
Participating in structured prompts (not improvisational vlogging)
Appearing in multiple pieces of content per week
Occasionally recording alongside the founder or team (when applicable)
What You'll Be Doing (Off Camera)
Helping plan and structure UGC content
Reviewing founder content and identifying key ideas to respond to
Assisting with basic editing or coordination with editors
Organizing content files and submissions
Supporting posting cadence and content consistency
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for someone who:
Is comfortable speaking clearly on camera
Has an interest in technology, engineering, or computer science
Enjoys explaining ideas simply and calmly
Wants experience creating credible B2B content
Is curious about how enterprise systems actually work
A computer science, engineering, or technical background is strongly preferred, but not required if communication skills are strong.

Influencers or lifestyle creators
Meme-based or trend-based content creators
People looking for brand deals or sponsorships
High-energy, hype-driven social media personalities
The goal is credibility, not virality.
Required Skills & Traits
Comfort speaking on camera

Willingness to record content regularly

Computer science, engineering, or technical coursework
Familiarity with B2B or enterprise technology
Experience with short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
