At Nootka Marine Adventures,

our guests.  We operate three premier
resorts on Vancouver Island's rugged west coast: Moutcha Bay Resort, Nootka
Sound Resort, and Newton Cove Resort

generation of anglers. Our mission is to provide an unparalleled luxury fishing
experience that not only immerses our guests in the natural beauty of our
surroundings but also instills a deep appreciation for fishing and the
environment.

About the Role

The Breakfast Cook prepares and executes the daily hot à la
carte breakfast service at the Conuma Grill, manages the breakfast sandwich
program, and prepares guided lunches. The role ensures food quality, safety,
and consistency while supporting general kitchen operations under the direction
of the Resort Chef.

Key Responsibilities

·       
Prepare and serve hot à la carte breakfast for
guests.

·       
Prepare allergy-specific and dietary-specific
menu items.

·       
Prepare breakfast sandwiches and packed lunch
items according to standards and recipes.

·       
Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitizing
the kitchen per regulations.

·       
Put away and organize food stores; rotate
supplies appropriately.

·       
Follow all Food Safe guidelines when handling
food and equipment.

·       
Clean the kitchen after breakfast service,
including grills, counters, and floors.

·       
Communicate supply and ingredients needed to the
Resort Chef.

·       
Assist with prep for lunch and dinner services as
needed.

·       
Support staff meal prep and help maintain the
staff kitchen.

Qualifications

·       
Legally entitled to work in Canada

·       
Computer literacy (Word, Outlook, Excel)

·       
Food Safe Level 1

·       
WHMIS certification

Preferred

·       
OFA1 (Occupational First Aid Level 1)
