We're expanding our Estimating and Sales Division and are looking for a motivated Inside Sales /
Estimator Coordinator who thrives in both client-facing and technical roles. This position is ideal for someone passionate about residential construction, estimating, and business development, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, modern home-building company.
Compensation Structure
Base Salary: $45,000–$75,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Bonuses: Based on successful project conversions and client satisfaction
Growth: Opportunities for advancement within PalmView's expanding design-build division

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
Review incoming leads, respond to client inquiries, and schedule consultation calls.
Conduct initial discovery meetings to understand project goals, scope, and timelines.
Follow up on estimates, nurture client relationships, and help convert leads into signed projects.
Collaborate with the marketing and estimating teams to optimize sales funnels and lead tracking through CRM systems.
Meet and exceed monthly conversion and engagement targets.
Estimating & Coordination
Review architectural and design drawings to prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates.
Communicate with trades and suppliers to obtain pricing and confirm material selections.
Conduct site visits to verify measurements and collect information needed for estimating.
Support the Project Manager with budgets, change orders, and progress tracking.
Coordinate approved estimates and ensure a seamless handoff from pre-construction to execution.
Project Support & Administration
Support the Project Manager with ongoing updates, client reports, and scheduling coordination.
Assist in preparing milestone invoices, proposals, and draw documentation.
Maintain organized project records, meeting notes, and client correspondence.
Help ensure compliance with safety standards, permits, and municipal regulations.
Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in construction estimating, inside sales, or project coordination (residential preferred).
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and architectural plans.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple active projects.
Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace; experience with Joist, Buildertrend, Billdr or similar estimating platforms is an asset.
Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (site visits may be required).
Comfortable working in-office at PalmView's headquarters in Woodbridge, ON.
