We're a fast-growing fintech company looking for a sharp, creative, and crypto/finance-savvy Social Media Content Creator to build and grow our presence across Twitter (X), Instagram, Reddit, and Discord.

What You'll Do
Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to:
Twitter (X): Threads, thought leadership posts, commentary, trendjacking
Instagram: Carousels, Reels scripts, short-form educational content
Reddit: Native posts, community engagement, value-driven discussions
Discord: Announcements, community engagement, growth campaigns
Translate complex fintech concepts into simple, compelling content
Stay on top of trends in fintech, crypto, DeFi, investing, and Web3
Develop weekly/monthly content calendars
Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content strategy
Engage with the community to build trust and brand authority
Collaborate with founders/marketing team on messaging and campaigns
Who You Are
2+ years experience creating content for fintech, crypto, SaaS, or investing brands
Deep understanding of finance, crypto, DeFi, or Web3 culture
Strong writing skills (clear, persuasive, engaging)
Experience growing accounts on Twitter/X and Instagram
Familiar with Reddit community etiquette and Discord culture
Comfortable using tools like Notion, Canva, Figma, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
Data-driven mindset with a strong sense of internet culture
Bonus Points
Experience working with fintech startups
Experience launching or managing a Discord community
Familiar with compliance considerations in financial marketing
Background in finance, economics, or investing
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
Languages: Chinese.
