Important: This is a Done-With-Me project. I don't want to hand it off and receive it later — I want to work live with you (Zoom/Meet) while we configure everything together, step-by-step, so I learn the system and my team can run it confidently. The faster we can complete it, the better (we can do an intensive session, even a full day if needed).
Scope (Done-With-Me)
Main account setup
• Core settings + users/permissions
• Domains/basic tech setup (as needed)
• Calendars, pipelines, forms, conversations basics
• Key integrations and clean structure for scaling
3 sub-accounts
1. Gym / Fitness business (lead capture → booking → follow-up)
2. Marketing agency (pipeline + onboarding + follow-up basics)
3. Infoproduct funnels (funnels/landing pages + automations)
Automations + API
• Build the essential workflows together (tags, triggers, nurturing, reminders)
• Webhooks / API basics where needed (at least setting the foundation correctly)
Team training (Spanish)
• Short, practical training for each sub-account team + basic SOP/checklist
• Recordings (Loom/Zoom) preferred
Requirements
• Real GoHighLevel expert (advanced workflows/automations)
• Fluent Spanish (training will be in Spanish)
• Clear communicator, organized, and comfortable working live
To apply

Contract duration of less than 1 month.
