Here's what I need:
1. Phase 1 - Setup & Strategy
You'll help me build a clear, actionable performance marketing plan and set up the infrastructure correctly from the ground up. My team will handle all creatives. I need every step documented and transparent so we fully understand what's been built and why.
2. Phase 2 - Ongoing (As Needed)
Once the foundation is in place, we'll bring you back periodically to audit, optimize, and enhance the strategy. These will be scoped engagements, not ongoing management.
The end goal is full in-house ownership. I want my team to eventually run everything independently without relying on outside support. That means complete visibility into every account, platform, decision, and process - no black boxes.
