Über
This is not just a creative role. We need someone who loves structure, brand systems, and organising messy legacy files into clean, scalable brand libraries.
You will collaborate internally with Web, Video, and Social teams to ensure complete brand consistency across all channels.
What You'll Do
Audit and clean up poorly organised legacy design files
Build scalable brand systems (styles, swatches, CC Libraries)
Maintain structured design documentation and brand guides
Prepare clean assets for web developers (SVG, WebP, proper exports)
Support light social/video edits (short-form tweaks in Premiere Pro)
Ensure visual consistency across platforms
Required Experience
4+ years professional design experience (Agency background preferred)
Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Strong experience building brand libraries and style systems
Obsessed with file hygiene (proper layer naming, smart objects, non-destructive workflows)
Basic Premiere Pro knowledge
Comfortable collaborating with internal teams
Must-Have Competencies
Strong brand scalability mindset ("librarian" mentality)
Technical discipline and structured file organisation
Understanding of web export formats and social media design standards
Important Notes
External communication with clients is not permitted. All collaboration is internal.
We are hiring individual freelancers only — no agencies.

Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
