About Us
LxP Digital is a specialized marketing agency helping healthcare clinics (neurofeedback, TMS, sleep clinics, wellness clinics, etc.) build predictable patient acquisition systems.
We run paid ads, funnels, CRM automations, and sales enablement systems. We are growing quickly and onboarding more clinics — and we need someone who can ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
This role blends:
- Project Management

- Marketing Operations
You will be the operational backbone between strategy (founder), fulfillment team, and clients.
Your Core Mission
Ensure every client deliverable is executed on time, with clarity, and aligned with expectations — while keeping clients informed and confident.
You are the person who:
- Knows what needs to happen
- Knows who is responsible
- Knows when it's due

- Responsibilities
Project Management (Internal)
- Review meeting notes after client calls
- Turn notes into structured tasks inside ClickUp
- Assign tasks to the correct team members
- Ensure every task includes full context (assets, links, goals, deadlines)
- Track deliverables and follow up if something is delayed
- Maintain clean pipelines and project visibility
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Account Management / Client Success
- Stay in regular contact with clients
- Follow up on pending client items (creatives, approvals, logins, feedback, etc.)
- Proactively identify blockers before they become problems
- Keep clients updated on project progress
- Escalate strategic issues to the founder when necessary
- Protect client relationships through clear communication
Marketing Operations Oversight
- Understand Meta Ads and Google Ads at a conceptual level
- Be able to review performance dashboards and flag anomalies
- Ensure campaigns are launched properly (tracking, forms, automations)
- Ensure GoHighLevel workflows and pipelines are structured correctly
- Confirm leads are flowing into the CRM properly
- Coordinate between ads, landing pages, and CRM systems
Quality Control
- Double-check landing pages, forms, automations before launch
- Confirm integrations are functioning properly
- Ensure deliverables align with client expectations
- Review work before it reaches the client when necessary
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing project management
- Experience working inside ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Proactive and forward-thinking
- Clear and professional communicator
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Able to operate independently and escalate only high-level issues
Bonus
- Experience in healthcare or clinic marketing
- Experience working inside an agency
- Strong documentation and SOP mindset
- Experience managing remote fulfillment teams
Success in This Role Looks Like
- No deliverables missed
- Clients feel informed and supported
- Fulfillment team has clear instructions
- Founder only gets involved in strategy or high-level decisions
- Projects move forward without constant supervision
Availability
- 20 hours per week (to start)
- Must overlap at least 3–4 hours with EST
