WordPress UI/UX Designer & Developer Needed for Targeted Website Revamp (Not Full Rebuild)
Job description:
We're looking for an experienced WordPress designer/developer to revamp key sections of an existing real estate website and elevate it to a modern, premium, high-end look. This is not a full site rebuild — the focus is on UI/UX polish, layout refinement, and responsiveness across desktop and mobile.
The site is already live and built on WordPress (Elementor). We need someone with a strong eye for design who can improve structure, spacing, hierarchy, and overall visual quality while preserving existing content.
Scope of Work
1. Landing Page Optimization (Desktop + Mobile)
Refine the hero/first section sizing, improve alignment of content blocks, clean up layout spacing, and enhance responsiveness so the page looks polished and intentional on all devices. One existing video section will be removed and replaced with a high-quality static image or a more effective lead-capture element.
2. Custom Lead-Generation Blocks (2 Pages)
Build a custom "Guide / Digital Magazine" lead-capture block on two specific pages. This includes a professional visual mockup (static or interactive) and a clean, integrated form. A reference site will be provided for styling and behavior.
3. Location Blog Template Redesign (8 Pages)
Redesign the layout of eight existing location-based blog pages to feel more editorial and modern. Content stays the same — the goal is visual improvement. Add a map widget in the header area and supporting sidebar or footer elements to increase engagement.
Requirements
Strong experience with WordPress + Elementor
Proven UI/UX design ability (spacing, hierarchy, typography)
Excellent mobile-responsive design skills
Experience refining existing sites (not just building from scratch)
Ability to work cleanly within an existing structure
Clear communication and reliable delivery
Nice to Have
Real estate or high-end service website experience
Conversion-focused layout decisions
Performance and page-speed awareness
