What's missing is strong editing instinct.
This film must grab attention instantly and hold it in a loud, high-distraction environment.
What you'll do:
- Edit provided footage into a sharp, modern film.
- Control pacing and energy.
- Integrate on-screen text confidently, following brand guidelines.
- Match and unify footage coming from multiple sources.
- Strengthen the narrative through smart editing decisions.
- Deliver something that feels intentional, not assembled.
Important:
- We're not looking for someone who just executes.
There is room for creativity. Suggestions are welcome.
If you see a better cut, stronger pacing, smarter text placement, or visual improvement, we expect you to say it.
You execute. You think.
Requirements (read carefully):
- Strong portfolio of projects you personally edited
- Clear sense of pacing and timing
- Solid color correction and footage matching skills
- Strong typography integration
- Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
- No template-heavy edits
- No generic reels.
If your work doesn't clearly show confident editing decisions, don't apply.
Process:
- Portfolio-based shortlist
- 15-minute alignment call
- You provide timeline + delivery estimate
If this project goes well, it becomes ongoing work.
Applications without relevant editing examples won't be considered.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
