Description:
I'm looking for an experienced automation developer to build a mobile-first job application management system integrating:
(approx. 15 scenarios)
Notion databases
Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
WhatsApp notifications via API
Claude AI API for drafting cover letters
The system should automatically:
Capture job alerts from email
Organize applications in Notion
Generate AI draft cover letters
Send WhatsApp notifications
Track follow-ups, interviews, and offers
Produce weekly reports
After setup, the system must be usable primarily from a smartphone.

Scope of Work
You will:
Configure Notion databases and views
Build automation scenarios
Integrate Google Workspace tools
Connect WhatsApp API
Integrate Claude AI via HTTP module
Test workflows and provide short documentation
Requirements
Strong experience with
Experience with Notion API
Familiar with Google Workspace automation
Experience with HTTP APIs and webhooks
Good English communication
Bonus:
Experience with WhatsApp APIs
Experience with AI integrations
Budget
Fixed price: $200
Estimated time: 13–19 hours
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
