Über
We're looking for a Google Search Ads specialist with deep B2B experience who can translate search intent into high-quality leads, MQLs, and pipeline growth.
Focus: High-intent lead capture & MQL generation
Engagement: Paid freelance / contract
What you'll do (in collaboration with the Growth Marketing team)
• Build, launch, and optimize Google Search campaigns
• Support keyword strategy, match types, and query analysis
• Improve conversion rates and reduce wasted spend (CPL, CVR, CPM)
• Develop and execute a remarketing strategy to improve targeting and drive conversions
• Optimize across the funnel for awareness, acquisition, qualified leads, and MQLs — not just clicks
• Share actionable insights and next steps
You're a fit if
• You've managed B2B Search budgets with a focus on CPL and lead quality
• You're strong in keyword hygiene and search intent
• You're comfortable testing landing pages, messaging, and bids
• You think in experiments, not "set and forget."
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience working with HubSpot as a CRM
• Exposure to multi-channel B2B paid strategies
• Interest or experience in AI-driven marketing, LLMs, or GEO/SEO
• Experience in the tech healthcare industry
