Marketing Manager - Landscaping/Construction Industry

Transformations Landscaping Ltd. is an award-winning landscaping company providing maintenance, construction, and snow removal services across the Fraser Valley. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that support sales growth, client retention, and brand visibility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on marketing, cross-team collaboration, and turning strategy into action.

As Marketing Manager, you'll own and manage marketing efforts that support the company's service lines and growth goals, while working closely with sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with company goals
• Support sales and client relations teams with marketing collateral and campaigns
• Manage digital presence (website updates, SEO, social media, online listings)
• Coordinate branding across proposals, presentations, and client materials
• Track marketing performance and report on lead generation and campaign results
• Support trade shows, conferences, community events, and sponsorships
• Coordinate external vendors (designers, photographers, digital agencies) as needed
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
• 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a service-based industry
• Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and content management
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
• Creative mindset with a practical, results-driven approach
• Landscaping, construction, or trades industry experience is an asset
• Valid driver's license required (for occasional site visits or events)

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, permanent employment.
• $30.00 to $40.00 per hour (CAD), based on experience
• 4% vacation pay
